Auswide operates in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and throughout regional Queensland, and is a Wholesale client of Westpac Banking Corporation.
As such Auswide customers can access a nationwide network of over 3,000 Westpac ATMs
The Challenge
While Auswide customers find the Westpac service invaluable, the arrangement represents a challenge for Auswide, as they need to manage and publish their own Branch and ATM locator in conjunction with Westpac data, as well as publishing and maintaining this information in real time across multiple channels (in this case Web and Mobile Web).
